Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective July 2026

Applies when tuition is paid directly to Coding Bunnies.

Family cancellations

• 14+ days before first class: full refund.
• 7–13 days before first class: 50% refund.
• Fewer than 7 days before first class or after the program begins: non-refundable.

Documented medical emergencies may be considered for a transfer or account credit. Student absences are not refundable. If Coding Bunnies cancels the entire program, a full refund is provided. If an individual class cannot be made up, a prorated refund or credit is provided.
