Optional Photo and Video Waiver

Consent is optional and declining does not affect enrollment.

When I select yes and sign, I authorize Coding Bunnies LLC to photograph or record the child and use the resulting images or short videos for educational, informational, website, social-media, printed, and promotional communications.

Coding Bunnies will avoid pairing a child’s full name with a public image unless separately authorized. I may withdraw future consent in writing, but withdrawal does not require removal of materials already published or distributed.

Have this document reviewed by Coding Bunnies’ attorney and insurance provider before accepting live enrollments.
